I am in the process of writing two books at the moment:

The book delves into stories of singular turning points—moments that lasted mere seconds—yet forever altered the lives of the subjects and those around them, potentially impacting millions within their communities and globally. A chance encounter or coincidence unexpectedly redirects the course of history.

The inspiration for this book struck me while engaging with various podcasts and literature. I observed a recurring motif among the authors and founders: their lives were irrevocably transformed by a solitary interaction, incident, eureka or 'Aha!' moment, setback, or any event with a profound shock factor.

This book will document the narratives of 50 different individuals spanning technology, media, business, academia, sports, and other domains. Each profile will include a concise biography, detailing the pivotal moment of impact, their enduring legacy, and the lessons gleaned from their journey of transformation.

Despite this, many people still struggle with effective email usage, particularly in a professional setting. Drawing from 26 years of personal experience and 20 years in a professional environment, the author has compiled a comprehensive list of 71 universal email principles. These principles are not an instruction manual on how to use email, but rather a guide on how to use it effectively. Regardless of your email client, be it web-based or local, these principles can be applied to improve productivity, save time, and project a professional image. The number 71 is a tribute to the year the first office email was sent, in 1971.
